Hello! I am kind of new to this, I went to a seminar about 3 years ago, and just didn't think it was for me. I am know ready to progress, if my insurance, Aetna HCA will approve it. I have been to another seminar, I just haven't paid the 150 for the initial visit. With the economy like it is, I have to save up for that part. But since I work for the hospital, I do get a little bit of a discount. So that will help A LOT! Does anyone have any thoughts for me, to keep me motivated and not fall off the lap band wagon AGAIN!:wink_smile:
