I have been fat my entire life, makes you feel worthless, not wanted, untouchable!  Did every diet known, in the 80's did the weight dr. and amphetamine thing, yea, loose weight, heart explode if stay on that stuff, that is what happened to many! Phen phen, weight watchers, Jenny Craig type programs, slimfast,all the over counter stuff imaginable and every other known weight loss failure known! The smallest size I remember being is sz. 14, in about the 7th grade, happy to report I am now a sz 10, and only 4 months into my weight loss, life is good!
