Thank you....for the nice words. I must tell you giving up BREAD was the best thing...although once your are banded you are not to eat it anyways...but I gave it up as soon as I decided ot have it done. I eat a lot of meat (chicken mostly) and go to the gym at leat 4 days a week and try for 5. Most recently I have been doing 5 days a week with 45 minutes of cardio each time I go and then at least an hour of weights if not more. Usually spend more time on the weekends at the gym than during the work week but I do get up at 4am to go. I can say cardio is the best for burning the calories and fat. Weight lifting is for the sagging stuff.....and it does tend to sag...LOL Good luck to you!
