Fixin - I lost 30 pounds before my surgery in March 2008 (December to March) . I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary. I am thrilled to be down 113 pounds. I have lost a little quicker than many bandsters. And yes, there can be alot of negative comments on LBT. I chose to have a positive attitude and move forward. I was very strong willed especially in the beginning. I didn't eat anything -I mean anything junky until this past Christmas. So I have paid for eating junk by slowing down my progress. But, I am on the move downward again. Controlling what you eat and exercise along with a good attitude will keep you going. Good Luck!!!
