    SInce my surgery, I have had three fills. but the weight is comming off slowly. I have been exercising. I am glad i had the surgery. Can anyone give me pointers as what to eat between meals if i get hungry?? (my stomach begins to make grumbling noises) How soon can I have rice , bread, pasta? I need advice...HELP!!!!!
