hi and thank you :thumbup: my BMI is over 39. my doctor said I am good 100 pounds over normal weight. also I have arthritis in my knees (and some other joints). so I should fulfill Tricares requirements (hopefully).

Hi Ladies and Gentleman! I am new to this forum and so happy that I found it! I although try to get a Lap Band. Today I talked to my Family Doctor and she said that I would be a candidate for a Lap Band. Lets see if Tricare sees it the same way. Tomorrow I am gonna call them and, I guess, take it from there. I feel kinda lost right now because I have no clue what will happen next, what I have to do and I am scared at the same time to get rejected from my insurance. :thumbup: So ja, I guess that's it for now :scared: You all have a great evening!
