    Today; Buffalo chicken Dip with 20 turkey pepperoni For lunch, made: 2 lbs. chicken, 1 avocado, 1 can black Beans, 1 can corn, 1 large onion, 1 large tomato, 1 squeezed lime, seasoned with some nofat sour cream & about 1 oz 2% cheese 2 oz nuts 2 chicken wings (light sauce) 2 Fiber chocolate bars more chicken/guacamole salad with ff sour cream and cheese 1 fiber chocolate

    Ok what did I eat today... 32 oz water, 12 oz. coffee w/ calorie countdown milk & 4 splendas (split into 2 cups) about 1-2 oz. nuts breakfast more water 3 oz. tuna w/ 1 oz. ff mayo about 1 oz more nuts 1 sf choc fiber bar more water beef/veggie/cheese mix (asian sauce) a lot of wine some water some nuts (1 oz).

    I HAVE BEEN CRAZY new job, apt search, roommates, aye!! been skipping Breakfast and eating starkist tuna 2 go at lunch. been eating okay except when i am superstressed, which happens. up 2 lbs? who knows.

    More Water dinner at Sun ray grill - split sonoma salad (spinach, bacon, feta, vinaigrette) with side shrimp, 1 rib, 1 bite italian caramel chocolate souffle 1 split champagne 4 glasses wine The girls are back in town, can you tell? tomorrow - sculpture garden and sushi. yum.

    Well the wine did its trick and I dropped a lb! woohoo. Today's food: 24 oz Water 3 small bites apple turnover, 1 small bite fruit tart large coffee (16 oz?) with cream and 2 equal 4 oz. buffalo chicken dip with 12 turkey pepperonis 1 low-carb tortilla with queso and guacamole 1 low-carb ice cream bar 48 oz water Exercise: 30 min denise austin

    24 oz Water Buffalo chicken dip with 1 oz. turkey pepperoni chips 24 oz water 16 oz water Asian beef with vegetables, queso with 1 low-carb tortilla (3g - I put it in the broiler til it was crispy - less carbs than chips!), two bites guacamole with 1 chip, no-sugar chocolate bar (really, no sugar! or sugar alcohols! and 14g ok so from then on... 24 oz water 1.5 glasses champagne (stirred and let sit 10 minutes to get out carbonation) 4.5 glasses white wine 1/4 peppermint patty 16 oz. water lil tips goodnight!
  11. lins - doing great, finally. back living the low-carb life after an extended vacation, finally got a job (temporary, but promising), best friends are back from india, and i'm about to go lay out in the sun at the levee. oh and wine tonight, first drink i've had in 12 days.

    thanks angela. i'm hoping the temp agency will work out. i'm going to call this afternoon. i know they are at least taking me on as an associate, i just need to see where they can place me. the nice thing about temping is that no matter what, the minimum is $10/hr. I can't find that in retail stores.

    August was a rough month for me, but I finally got myself back in gear. Down to a total loss of 76 lbs, 58 since surgery. Aussie... I've seen you on other threads, but I forgot you were a 20something. Your TT looks amazing.
  18. CBMI (according to NIH website) 39.1 i.e. I wouldn't qualify for surgery anymore! (not like I did anyway with insurance...)

    robyn, you won't regret it. yeah, the way i've always done a low-carb detox is to just eat like hell the first day (not when i'm not hungry... but i am always hungry) and keep switching it up with lots of high-protein snacks. then i get back to that nice place where i'm not food-obsessed and having powerful cravings all the time. for me, it takes 2-3 days, but i do NOT force myself to go hungry.

    Iced coffee w/ half and half, 1 equal 24 oz water Beef, onion, pepper, and asian seasoning with sour cream and 2% cheese 24 oz water 16 oz water 2 oz cheese and 2 oz turkey pepperoni 2 oz. nuts 24 oz water? buffalo chicken dip with 1 oz. turkey pepperoni chips (it WAS delicious!) HUNGRY LIKE A WOLF TODAY. i think its bc i am getting back to low-carb, especially after my sugarfest yesterday. on days i'm getting back to low-carb, i let myself eat as much as i want as many times as i want as long as i don't do carbs. on day 2 or 3 my hunger goes back to normal.
