Hey lady, long long time I know.... I am 1 Year 2 1/2 months out and I have lost 90 pounds....Whoa praises God!!! I have to say that I am blessed feeling great and living life!!!!! Hey lady, sorry so late getting back to you thanks for stopping in. I am doing well it has been 5 months and I am down 54 pounds. I take it one day at a time somedays are so much harder than others. How have you been?

I congrads on your work at progress...Have you distinguished between head hunger and stomach hunger? That was what I struggled with in the beginning.

I'm doing great I've been very bad about posting I had my first fill on 03/02/09 I got 1 cc so I now have 4cc. at that time I was down 30 pounds today I am down 35 pounds. Its been a steady lost not too fast in which I'm ok. I'm still losing not gaining. In the past by march I would've gone back to my old eating habits so I'm happy that I am maintaining. Keep my posted have you gone for your post op? What are you eating now? I finally am back on regular food as of 03/02, what stage of food eating are you on? can give some suggestions if you'd like. You are going to do great. I am 4 weeks post op and still on liquids. Once you get your mind refocused you'll be okay!!!! I'll be waiting for an update after surgery and if you need anything you can reach me at mecca3@hotmail.com if you don't get me here.....Be Blessed will be praying for you !!!!

What are you doing for pre op? It was a struggle but more of a mind struggle for me because it was then when I realized that my stomach wasn't hungry, it was just my mind wanting different things. Hey lady Congrads on your date you won't regret it and don't be scared my surgery lasted 47 minutes I went in at 6 am to prep I was home by 2 pm. Everything went great I was a little tired for the anthesia the first day but after I slept that off I was good to go. Your going to do fine.
