I have not found any protein drinks that I like other than Carnation Instant Brekfast which does not have much protein and has sugar (I can't find sugar free ones).
Do you like the Isopure or do you have to get used to it?
You have lost a lot of weight. I can't wait to lose more weight already. I need to be patient though. First fill on monday.
