HEY! Happy freakin New year luv! long time no chat! I hope you are keeping well I am doing ok but have seemed to slow right down with the weight loss. We have now moved to Glenmore Park (Penrith) so I don't go to the support groups anymore its too far and I finish work too early to hang around to go to them after i finish at work. Anyway I hope you and your hubby had a great xmas and I hope to hear from you soon!

Please dont feel bad I havent lost much either! I had my 3rd fill yesterday I am now up to 7mls in a 12ml band! I have finally got some restriction I ate some solids today and felt every single thing so I now will have to be careful when it comes to food as I was able to eat everything up until today! The first fill I had was 4mls the second was only 1ml this week i got 2ml so I think I should be ok this month. All up since pre op I have lost 14kgs I thought I would have lost a bit more than that but I guess we cant rush these things Ok well chin up it will happen for you next fill fingers crossed! how are you doing? I haven't been on for a while, maybe because i have no good news to tell. I haven't lost any weight in the last month and if anything i seem to have put on a bit. i still have no restriction and i finally have about 4.5mls in. I go back again next week for another 1ml.... so wish they would stick 2 ml in. I am worried the only thing that is skinny on me is my pipes and what if i'm going to need the band filled totally b4 i notice any restriction, then i would have nothing left to add to help me down the track. I hope ur doing well

DOIN great here ,lost a total of 20.6 of that 7 preop,havent lost any the last couple of days but its TOM time so I figured I wouldnt. You are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!! Congrats to a job well done. Hope to see you in chat soon.

Thanks Kel! lol I didnt go for that walk this arvo!!!!! I got home and instead of getting changed straight away I sat down and watched a tv show i recorded the other night! damn it I will do it though I promised myself I will! But thankyou for that call this afternoon it made my day
