another trick i use to do to make me feel full...b4 the restriction kicked in...i would eat a tablesppon of pnut butter b4 i ate my meal...the pnut butter sticks in the pouch and whatever u eat sticks to the p-nut butter...:-)

GOOD MORNING..i didnt feel any restriction till my 4th fill...i stuck to eating small portions even without feeling restriction and drank a lot of water!!!!!!!! tons of water!!!!!!!!!

Hello. Just wanted to say that I have been looking at your profile/pics and you look awesome...I had my surgery done back on 4/28. I weighed 225lbs. It's been a little over two months and I have only lost 20 pounds! I had my first fill two weeks ago but don't feel restricted at all. From your experience, when did you start feeling restriction? afte the 1st, 2nd fill?? I would really appreciate any help you can give me.
