Hi all,
I've been struggling for so many years with my weight and been on so many diets and lost it and put it back on, etc, worked my socks off at the gym and everything butI am now at the point where I can see it all being a never ending cycle. Weight comes off, weight goes back on and so on.
My questions are lengthy but need some answers...
I am UK based but the prices here, like everything else seem steep. I am not working so would be hoping for a payment plan over a period of years, do they do this for the unemployed? Or did your bank give you a loan? Does anyone have any experience of surgery abroad and taking out a payment plan? Or even doing it in the UK? Which are the best surgeons? How did it all work out for you regarding the procedure and follow ups and weightloss, also getting used to your new eating habits and the sickness that may come from trying to eat too much? How much weight did you actually lose and over what period of time? And has it been kept off and changed your life for the better? How did it work along with exercise?
Also...if there is anyone out there who like me has spinal problems...slipped disc in lower back, and has had this surgery done, how did it affect your back afterwards?
I know this is an awful lot of questions but I am keen to find out more as I really need this surgery and have been thinking about it on and off for years but have never had the money!
Would be much appreciated if anyone replied.
Thanks,
Nat
