I have to agree with maudeispam, I do have a lot more energy than I've had in a really long time...I have a 3 yrs old and a soon to be 2 yrs old and I can chase after then and not get so tired after it...that is one thing that I can agree. I know that this surgery was just a tool to help me, I guess I was just expecting more weight to come off than what has so far....I guess if I did improve my eating habits and exercise more than I should see more weight come off!! It's just very fustrating!!!

Tuna is great for me!! I have a problem with dry turkey, chicken anything that is dry!! I am terrible I stick with foods that I know will go down, I don't like to try anything that is new!! I guess that is why the weight has stopped going off!! Steak I can eat it as long as it meduim done and I take super small bites of it....Mandy is right when you take your time eating the foods, you can savor it more then just shoving it all in your mouth at once and that is what I have noticed lately...the things that I didn't like, I like now and it is because it does taste much better!!

Hello..... I just found out about this web site about 2 weeks ago, I had my surgery done on 9/7/05!!! It would have been nice if I knew about this sooner! Anyway, when I first went to Dr. Kwon my weight was 312, before my surgery I was down to 297, since September I am down to my current weight of 255, I have been having problems with the weight loss, it has been very slow...for the last past few months I haven't been able to exercise due to a move and I have been sick with pnemonia :sick ...everytime I want to go to the gym...I get sick!!! It would be until next week, I hope that I'll get back into the gym....just the treadmill....my diet has been consisting of nacho chips with cheese and sour cream or chicken in salads, :bored I haven't been drinking though....need some advice....anyone with any info please share!!! :help: Thanks!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Reina and I'm new to this forum. I have bread only in the morning for breakfast and it is only toast and it has to be really toasted, I also need to put lots of butter on it to make it more mushy, any other breads no...I haven't tried rice or pasta and I'm really afraid to. I have found that eating cake depends on the type..like cheesecake is easy, creamed cakes are also easy...birthday cakes are ok depending if it is mushy!! I do fins myself eating a lot of nacho chips lately, especially with cheese and sour cream...that is great!! Otherwise the only time things really get stuck is if I forget to chew or I eat really fast..sometimes I forget myself. I haven't tried the PB and really afraid to do that to myself...since I have learned not to eat things that do get stuck...I don't try them for awhile....
