    3 weeks out and HUNGARY

    I had the lap band 19 days ago. Everyday I feel more and more hungary and I am afraid! I eat my 1/2 cup of food each meal and then skim milk in between, and I am still hungary!! I am not scheduled for a fill for 3 more weeks and I am worried about being this hungary for 3 weeks! Any advice??? Thanks
