Please send me help too! I have been stuck at 45 lbs. for 6-8 months and not feeling motivated! I need a quick something to jumpstart this again. I know my band is tight enough because I get things stuck. I had a fill on 2/9/09 and since then so much gets stuck, even my meds! Anything will help! Please reply!

Do you ever get the feeling that the food is backed up and "stuck" near the top of your stomach. It HURTS! Since my last fill in February, it has been like this but I don't want to have any taken out. HELP anyone else have this feeling? -

Not to worry, just get back to eating healthy and chewing a lot with each bite. I am addicted to ice cream all of a sudden so I finished my carton tonight and I am giving it up! I ate all I wanted during lent and now I am done! I just bought some sugar free tropical flavor popsicles. Hope this helps me and you some! -

Hi all, I am looking for a support group in the Austin Area! I was banded 11 months ago in mexico and I had a great experience! I am on a huge plateau at 42 lbs. lost and looking for a support group! Mexico ROCKS! I used Ariel Ortiz and am heading back there on February 9 for another fill. I love that team there! Anyone know of a lapband support group in Austin, TX??? Looking for some support in Central Texas!
