HI there, Well my surgery was on 3/25 and I have lost a total of 12-15 pounds. I thought the weight loss would be faster BUT at my last dr's visit I was informed that the weight won't really start coming off until after my first fill which is on 5/1. I feel great and super excited about this whole thing. I almost cancelled 2 days before surgery, I had such doubts because I was not Severly overweight. Good luck to you
