I usually am starving when I eat my meals, so...Today at lunch I started out with what I thought was slowly eating, but it wasn't and I had pain, but eventually after a few bites got the hang of it - slowly and chewing thoroughly. I guess I just need patience! ! I am scheduled for another fill on 5/14 so maybe I'll get on track and be able to get a 2nd fill then. I really love my band and the weight I am loosing. I think of it as my "permanent monitor" for eating less and losing weight. I also have noticed that in the mornings I can not eat first thing like I used to so I drink 1/2 cup of coffee while getting dressed, then more on my drive to work. I've been eating Cheerios for breakfast and they seem to be agreeing with me, so far. I guess only time will tell. I'll keep you posted on my progress and status! Again, thanks so much for your help!
