Hi I was wondering, I was banded 1/30/09. I have lost 17lbs since pre-op (10days). I get my first fill Monday Can you feel where your port is? How do we know if they find the port to do the fill? Thanks for any input. Laurie

Hi bandiegirl I had my surger on the 30th jan. I can eat anything also and have only lost 16 pounds since the 10 day pre-op and since surgery. How much weight have you lost? It is frustrating I have not lost anything in the last 1 1/2 weeks. I am counting calories 1200 a day. Like you I know I need a fill I am ready for this to begin....Good luck

Hi I was banded on the 30th. I am in minimal pain but the gas is crazy. I am belching all the time. anyone else out there feeling this way?

Do you know since we are self pay what happens if our band slips ? Just curious.
