hi how is it going only 4 more days till i can have soft food need some ideas of good things to eat please -

now day 6 post op did go to work today but only for a couple of hours on fuild for the next 8 day hard to know what to drink to keep energy up

Hi, I had my surgery 10 months ago and yes the back pain is normal. Are you eating enough? Obviously you should talk to your physician if you are really feeling badly and might want to get a referral to a nutritionist or go to a health food store for options when you are feeling up to it. I was back at work in a week although very restricted as to lifting. Felt washed out by the time I got home. Hope this helps. Good luck!!
