Hey how has everything been going? I started back working out a few days ago. I work out in the morning, walk on my first break, and then do another work out in the evening. That's three workouts a day. I guess I will do it 5 days out of a week. I don't feel much restriction with my fill I gotten Monday. Maybe in a few days, or in a week I will feel a different. This was my fifth fill. When I gotten my last fill three months ago, that was my sweet spot and I was at my sweet spot for three months. Have you weighed yourself again? If so how much have you lost?
