Please, don't give up. Remember how far you have come. Try to start adding some walking in. I never was committed to exercise until after I had my band. It has changed my life. I now love walking. I started out slowly and have slowly built up to 6-7 miles per day. My family has now even started getting into walking with me some. I feel so much better. My fatique has gone away. I sleep better and my health problems have gotten better also..
