1st day back to work and I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded off and on since yesterday. Any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong or is this normal? Banded 4/20/09

I'm taking Flintstones Chewables also. I also started drinking more fluids. yesterday and today (Sugar Free kool aid) straight water was making me gag. I felt alot better today. I have been up walking, I have desk job too. I walked for 15 mins at lunch too. :drool: -

Yes, I make quilts I live in Keller. I've been to quilter dream a few times. Yesterday was my 1st day back to work it was tough. Today is was a better day. I have a quilting group at my church.

Congrats!! You will love Dr Kim and his staff they are great. I was banded on 4/20/09. Dr Kim is my Dr also.

Well, I had to postpone mine until the 20th. So, I haven't had it done yet. How are you feeling? I will be going to Decatur to have mine done. I can't wait!!

Hi PAC, I'm scheduled April 4th for lap band with Dr Kim. I start my liquids on Monday. Going for pre-op on Monday also.
