Isnt going BACK to liquid undesirable? My dietician has told me that they want to have me eating normal food..just chewing slowly and lots.

hi all Just had surgery Jan 12th and journey is beginning. Am finding the whole eating thing a case of hit and miss with regards to how much I can eat. Havent had any fill in band yet...that's scheduled for Feb. Can someone tell me how things will change from this stage to my first 'fill' of lapband. Silvia
