Hi I only lost 16 pounds and i am really worried that is not enough. I am thiking the doc will say its should have been more

Hi i was also banded on the 13th right now i am feeling winded and a lil gasy. But nothing like the first few days the gas was very painful.And are their anyone else feeling very hungery let me know what you are doing to ease this hunger feeling

Hi coco this is more then i expected but i know when it is all over i will be ok and have a better life(gas)(gas)

I will get my band on the 13th and i know how you feel with this liquid diet. Its like what can I have that will satisfy my hunger. Or im I really ready for this band? I have to go on this site to read success stories to feel like I am ready. Do something to keep you busy try not to think of food. Good luck -
