HI,
I have a 14cc band and have 7cc in it. I past on my last fill, didn't need one. Now my 4 week appointment is Tuesday, not sure I need one, never thought I be confused. Somedays, I have restriction and others not as much. I hit a plateau for 4 weeks and then did liguids for a few days and broke that and dropped 6 pounds. But this morning, I notice on the scale one piund back So, has any one been in this boat? any advice?

sounds like you getting control on it all! congrads! Great mind set too!

HI,
I'm glad your telling your doctor to, they can help you and don't be embarrassed, it takes a stronge person to face the music and it's will be a start of a new start, and keep us posted on how things go, you could help someone else on here that maybe in the same boat. I hope you didn't slip your band, but sounds like you would know it, people who that happened to, say it's pretty painful. hang in there and just try to do what the doc advices you.

Hi,
i was banded may4, 2009 andf since this last fill i've been getting left arm/shoulder pain off and on.. It's very frustrating. I just want it to stop. It seem to start after i eat sometimes. and don't matter if i eat alot or a little. any ideas to prevent or relieve the pain?

HI,
I had 6 fills, and each ones changes things a little bit. You learn to adjust to each one. You will get food stuck and all, part of the learning experience. You will be fine, I dind't have much issues til the 4th fill, but my doc fills slowly too. Hang in there, just think more weight will come off and that makes it all worth the adjustment.

Hello,
I think we get like that more often then we want to admit. This is a new way to look at eating, only eat when we are hungry, If we all had the ablity to do that we wouldn't need the band. We can just work on iut more each day, and if we slip some, don't beat your self up, we have to untrain our selfs of many years of habits and routines and can't happen overnight. We just have to do the best we can and enjoy life with this band, so if we snack on something once in while it's ok.. just start with portion out the size, not go for the whole bag. We are on the right track just get there oner day at a time.!

That is great you went and got check. I'm glad your feeling better. Now you know what it is to be over filled. I hope i don't have to go thru that, but I'll take the 10 pounds gone though!
