Hi Jewy,I originally booked with Bridget, i then found forum about Dr Chris people had booked direct with him he offer's a package for €4.070 that includes surgery,hotel for you and your partner for three nights plus all taxi its works out a bit cheaper,i emailed him he replied very quickly one of his team then ring me to make arrangements, its just a waiting game now, so jealous just read you and fatpants are having surgery on the same day that's great for you both:smile: -

Hi Fatpants,welcome all march melter's i also found the thread called anyone know anything about Dr Chris de Bruyne is fab the guy's on this thread have been a great support to me sharing there journey's pre op and post op,don't worry no bad story' lots of information and support am getting banded in Belgium on 6th march,i have to follow a low fat diet starting this fri,like fat pants im eating for Ireland at the mo:tt2: look forward to every one's post -

Hi Wishfull i did'nt know when to start taking vitamins i will have to start pr op diet this time next week,i have to get some in ,the only thing i like about myself at the mo is my hair can you imagine i would have a hearth attack:w00t:I hope my blood pressure does'nt play up to much fingers crossed,can i ask you do you get a visit from doc in your hotel before you head home, did you have to pay money day before surgery my brother has me a bit worried he says its a bit odd collecting money before surgery if your where having surgery here you would pay on the day at the hosp:confused: -

Hi Wishfull thanks for that i no they are very worried,i myself am worried to because it is so far away from home its not your own country in case something goes wrong,all the info on this forum has put me at ease you still cant help but worry a little i suppose its only natural,your are doing very well you must be so relived its all over you have everything to look forward to,can you please tell me what liquids you had day after op and two weeks after still a bit confused about it do you know at what stage guy's are taking protein drinks what drinks are they sorry more?:crying: The best of luck MMM for surgery and the rest of guy's who are going forgive me still not sure of everybody's names:wink: -

Hi Gillian your so right i only told my family and close friend all of them keep looking for faults with it i know they are very worried about me having a op i dont think they understand how low i am feeling about my weight at the mo i have tried so many diets over the years and failed i feel i have no confidents in my self at all im very lucky with my hubby he also had great concern about op but knows how bad i feel i have no energy,back pain,ankle pain,really bad headaches,i feel enough is enough not for vanity more for my health all doe i will enjoy getting new wardrobe:wink:i dont think any who is slim fully understands only are nearest and dearest after all they have to live with us sorry for banging on but i know you all no where im coming from,i hope fatpants your feeling a bit better we no its not going to be easy but we are going to have a tool to help us happy days Hi Ssmmy77 , So sorry we wont be having op on the same day i will keep you posted Thank you Gillian i know exactly how you feel:wink: Also thanks again to all for support:wink: -

Hi Fatpants i am also waiting on op 6th march cant stop eating crap will have to start low fat diet next Thursday i know how you feel about the money feel really guilty spending it on me,my husband is a great support he does'nt mind about the money even though we had to borrow it, i think when your over weight you feel your just not worth it we dont value ourselfs at all,reading threads from this forum it gives you hope the people out there are having great results especially Flirtylass your are doing fantasic well done your an inspiration to us all here :thumbup:keep us posted, Fatpants things can only get better for us its just hard waiting for op,it will be here before we no it,we can look forward to a new life:smile: Thanks Wishfull for your tips on your diet:smile: Hope MMM got over op ok best wishes:smile: -

Hi fatpants,i am going for op 6th March in Belgium, like you i was trying to found as much info as i can, just found this forum after hours on net i cant say enough about it the guy's here are fab they will answer all your ? if they can it ha been a great help to me,i have been thinking about op for the last two years finnaly pluck up the courage to book op,i first was going to book with Bridget €3.850 since reading post i have booked direct with Dr Chris for €4.070 includes accomadation for you and partner plus taxi's it saves a few bob hope this is of some help:smile: -

Hi Flirtylass,Gillian, Wishfull,Flirtylass i think guy's are right about e-mailing Dr chris about your concerns before you go on thursday he might be able to put your mind at ease,if he doe'snt no theres a problem he cant do much about it, Dr Chris seems to have a great reputation and he might be glad to here that people are not happy with aftercare, this Frederik sounds like a nightmare,glad to hear Wishfull & Gillian are doing well,i am getting very excited about op but have concerns about aftercare especially when not sure who will do fills in Dublin, Flirtylass dont feel bad about your comment's you are being honest that's whats great about this forum:thumbup:
