I'm not pregnant yet, but hope to start trying within the next year. My husband and I have been discussing names and for a girl we decided on Sophia Lynn, but were not sure about boy names. Which do you like better...Hudson, Korben, Logan, or Owen? Thanks for your opinion!

I think I have 5.5 or 6 cc's in my realize band and don't have good restriction. I was just wondering if this is normal? Thanks!

sorry to say that I can't help either of you, because I am in the same place. I was also banded feb. 09. So far i have lost 60lb. and have about 30lbs. to go. For the last 4-5mo. have have lost and gained the same 6lbs. i have just been eating the wrong foods and I can eat a lot more than I should be able to. I have gotten a little motivation from my sister who was bigger than me, but started taking diet pill 3mo. ago and has now lost 40lb, so we are almost the same size. I just can't let her get smaller than me, that's probably not the best attitude to have, but if it gets the weight off, I'll take it. I am going to start walking with her 4days a week starting next week. Good Luck to both of you and I hope someone responds that can help us all.

I want to join the challenge. As of this morning, my weight is 169. I would like to lose 10lbs. by the 4th.

I was banded about 15 months ago and so far I have lost 60lbs. I am really happy that I have lost, but I have 30 more pounds to go and I haven't lost any weight in about the last 4 months or so. I just lose and regain the same 6lbs. I know that I probably need and fill and I need to exercise more. Does anyone have any motivational tips that might be helpful? I really want to get these extra pounds gone before my husband and I start trying for our 3rd child, and I want to get back to eating health again so that I don't gain any unnessessary weight when I do get pregnant. Thanks for listening, any tips are appreciated.

I know what you mean. I am 1yr 3mo. post op and some times I eat like that and I'm not pregnant. It has gotten really bad lately, it's like I have forgotten everything that I am supposed to be doing. I think I need a fill and for the Dr. to give me all the rules again. I still need to loose 30lbs and I want to start trying for another child in the fall.

Down 2 pounds this week.

I will have had my band for a year the 25th of Feb. and so far I have lost around 50 pounds, is this a normal weight loss for 1 year post op? Also, I have not lost any weight in about the last 3 or 4 months. I thought I was because I needed a fill, but i got one in Dec. and still no loss. I have been able to eat alot more food than i think I should be able to eat, mostly stress eating, and I have 6.5cc in 10cc band. Should I get another fill? I know that I have made some bad choices and I could exersice more, but even with that said, I'm just not sure if this is normal. Any advice would really be appreciated. I have been really down for queit a while now.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do?

I would like to join the challenge also, I would love to lose 30lb by Easter, but with it only being 7 weeks away, I think 15lb. is a little more realistic. Good luck everyone.

If you start a Valentines Challenge, I would love to join in. I started this challenge and planned to keep up with it really good, but I didn't really think about being in school. I had finals last week and that is why I didn't update. I don't want people to think that I quit on them, so just to be a part of a challenge would be great for me. I do still have about 30lbs. to go. I would love to be able to get that off by the end of Feb. That will be my 1 year anniversary.

I lost 0.5 lb this week. This is going slower than I thought. I'm so glad I was able to schedule a fill for next week. Maybe that will help. I just don't fill like I have any will power. I'm really glad to see everyone else doing good and that some have already reached their Christmas goals. That is awesome!!!! I did about the same as everyone else this week, no loss, but no gain either. Now I just hope that I can get my self back on track this week. I think I might just do protein shakes for a few days. I will probably post all the result tomorrow morning or around noon. Hope everyone does well. I don't think I have lost any this week, but I haven't weighed yet to see. I know that there are alot of things I should have done differently this week, so I'm just going to put it behind me and start over, and by that I mean pull the wii fit out of the corner and get off of my butt.
