My restriction is good at times if I dont chew well things get stuck & do come back up.But then other times I can eat more than I should and find myself wanting to snack too.I've had a hard time giving up my starbuck's and I know that's just wasted empty calories!! I'm at 5.5 cc's & I see the surgeon in about 2 weeks I'm thinking of asking for a small fill?? What do you think??Also I have yet to really start exercising too.. just being honest!! lol
