Lucky you! my surgeon must prefer the optifast because they put all of their patients on it for 2-3 weeks prior to surgery. Kinda sucks but I think I'm in the zone now, so I'm not finding it too hard.

Hello Everyone; Just wanted to say Hi! I'm a 45 yr old father of 2 who will be getting banded on February 3rd. I've been on the Optifast diet for one week now.
