Hi gail feeling almost normal again....my stiches have healed really well tho i still have one bit of nylon thread sticking out on my stomache but hoping that it will fall off soon. Although im eating well im still very restricted as to what i can have needless to say im sick of soup, mash and ryvitas...hope things are well with you. Im starting weight watchers today as my weight is constantly fluctuating so i need to control the calories as its so hard to eat soft foods without eating bad things... choc mousse, butter on my spuds etc. speak to you soon. xxx

hi i was banded on the 16th so still feeling sick and sore...wot sort of things are u eating? iv'e had soup and dry crackers but feeling like i need something else...xx

:unsure:Hi i had my surgery on fri 16th Jan. Not too good to begin with the first two nights lay awake in pain all night....But feeling slightly better today if not still knackered and very sore..Hope this is going to be worth it because i cant find a comfortable position to sit at the moment.
