That pain is from the gas used in the OR to blow up your belly,That will also pass..

I had that exact same pain after my band surg.I even called my doctor at the time.All is normal even popcicles will cause the chest pain due to the fact that after only 4 days,your insides are swollen and your stoma is probally very swolen causing anything you eat or drink to cause the feeling.It will pass,i used to walk up and down the driveway and put my arms up to help it pass..
