I had one of my rings sized last week because everyone was telling me I was going to loose it. It did slide off often however I was hoping to loose another 20lbs before sizing it. Anyway I didn't want to loose it so I had it done and I am so happy to report that my fingers are no longer fat size 9 sausages but they are now skinny size 5 dish soap model hands. I love this band.
