I met you when we both got our first adjustments together.. sorry i havent kept in touch very well. things have been so busy for me with work and school and all. anyways... i hope everything is going well with you! have you had another adjustment yet? i am going in for my second one this afternoon. im really glad im going in to see dr. feiz today because i have been having some abdominal pain near my stomach for a few days now. a little nervous, but hopefully he can tell me whats wrong...

well, just wanted to say hi real quick. promise to stay in touch better now.... :-) hows your band treating you?
