Hi Elizabeth, Frustrated cause I have gained weight since surgery, lost it, gained it, lost it. Im down 3 lbs since surgery and I see people who have lost 20 in a month:phanvan Now thats frustrating! My first doc appt is June 30th. Thanks for replying! Bridget

Thank you! Wow congrats to you! Awesome job. Yes I did talk to the doc about what to eat etc. and Im doing it..the portions still arent much, about 1-2 cups unrestricted. Im joining the gym next week, hopefully that will help. Im not done fighting yet, just frustrated! Bridget

Hi all...I am 35, single mom and I live in San Andreas, Cali. Im a paralegal at a law firm, my son is 13 years old and I have been obese since I became pregnant with him and gained 60 lbs. Then other life stuff happened and each time I put on more until I reached an all time high of 313. :faint: I was banded May 25th. I was on liquids for 2 days and then mushies and started solid foods yesterday. (Started a day early). I now weigh more than when I did at pre-op and I am really bummed about that. I think cause of Aunt Flo:rolleyes: ..but I thought I was out of the 300's for good and BAM went back up there. Im trying not to get discouraged and still eat right. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks all and Im so glad to have found this site! Bridget

HI all Im new to this site, I was banded May 25th and I am from San Andreas, Cali. Im a bit frustrated right now as I am 2 weeks post op and have gained weight back once I started eating solid foods and its Aunt Flo is coming. I know this is typical I guess but Im totally bummed about it. Here I had the surgery and BAM..nuttin...even worse Im more than what I was pre-op! Any advice is welcomed. Would LOVE if anyone was actually close to me! Bridget
