no i never did the liquid diet but i'm about to go back and get my 5th fill and that will give me the few days of liquid diet again ! i feel like i have okay restriction but not as good as i want it. almost like i'm slowly sliding back to being able to get down what i use to before, and we dont want that now do we ..lol i'll get there sooner or later as long as i get there.
