I finally did it!! Got banded on the May 25th by Dr. Benavides in Dallas. Real sore, have lots of gas!! I have been taking chewable gas-x but that seems to only work for a short time. Also I have not been drinking my water like I am suppose to. Any suggesitions?

DonnaB Thank you. and yes as each day goes by I have more and more gas!! coming from both ends! It hurts to burp...I am not as sore today. I will PM you later for that info. about LBT meeting. Thanks!!

why is it your shoulder hurts??? They told me it would but it hurts if i Burp or take a deep breath in. weird

Day 1 Weight 259.0 waist size 50 BMI 47.4 Started myocel...pretty good, had eggs and bacon for breakfast....lunch we ordered out I had mexican taco salad minus the shell...had another shake around 3:30 had some fresh fruit.. and tons of water...:hungry: :sick :help:

Hello Everybody!! I am new, My surgery is on 5/25/06. I start my preop diet in the morning, that is gonna be the hardiest part of the whole thing...if anybody can help I would really appreciate it!!:phanvan
