Hi Shelly, I had my first fill yesterday. I have a 10cc band. 2ccs were placed during the procedure and the plan was to have 2ccs instilled yesterday. Well, with the extra 2ccs I could not swallow water and ended up puking before I left the office. About 1cc was removed. So I have about 3ccs in my band. I have had to really sloooooooooow down with eating. Right now I'm doing broccoli and cheese soup, crackers and had tuna this morning. I'm back to taking in about 1/2 cup at the time. I can take small sips of water. It took me nearly 6 hours to get one water bottle down.:bored:

As for the fill itself, it really didn't hurt much at all. There's a little sting as the needle pierces the skin. After that, I felt pressure not pain. It was over in less than 5 minutes. Not bad at all.:thumbup:
