    Cont'd...I go to the doctor on 3/19 for my first fill. I have been planning my meals and using RealizeSuccess on-line. I have felt when eat something that gets a little stuck like chicken and then this evening a boiled egg. I guess I ate it too fast and didn't chew well enough. I'll do better next time.
