    Shelley, Nice to hear from you! Sounds like you are off to a speedy recovery! Just keep on track with your pain meds and move/walk around to help with gas pain. I used Gax-X strips and heating pad. I know you are happy they fixed your hernia while installing your lap band. Less times you have to have anesthesia...
