I was banded on 2/25/09! I am now on my journey to a new me. I have been married for 23 years and I have two wonderful kids, ages 21 and 16 that keep me very busy! I am so excited about lapband and the new direction that my life is going to turn!

I start my pre op diet on Monday. I have to do something similar to the SBD. High protein low carb and low fat with meal replacements. What kind of liquid diet are they outting you on?
