  1. Happy 30th Birthday MJPez!

  2. Happy 29th Birthday MJPez!

  3. That's a good question, and I am wondering the same thing. I had my surgery on the 26th and I have now been on a liquid diet for 3 weeks....I am so hungry, my stomach aches constantly and most of the time I can't even walk from room to room without almost falling over. Since the surgery I have been sipping broth, drinking carnation for Breakfast lunch and dinner with broth and crystal light in between. NOTHING is helping. I am at my wit's end! I am going to try tomato soup put through a food processor and watered down. Probably won't help either but hey it's worth a shot.

    PCOS & the Lap Band?

Hi ladies! I am a lurker on this site, this is my first post. I, too, have PCOS and TTC for 3 years before ending up doing IVF which resulted in twin girls! My weight goes up and down dramatically...when I was pregnant with my girls, I lost 65 lbs!!!! And I was TRYING to gain....then after they were born, I did EVERYTHING in my power to keep the weight off, but gained every pound back in less than a year. I have my surgery on the 26th, and frankly am getting more scared everyday. I am worried about so many things, right now I am battling the "carnation" diet....I have to eat a meal a day at least to keep my blood sugar normal. I just finished a bowl of clear soup, so I am not really cheating too badly. I am excited at the thought of finally being able to be a normal woman and have periods and maybe, just maybe have another baby in the future. Thanks for sharing your stories!!!
