    I had my surgery on Jan 2 also. I was not given any real direction regarding my diet for the first few weeks. I have lost 15 lbs. I am surprised at how much and what I can eat. I just found out that I should have been on liquids only. I am going to finish this next week with liquids only. Are you still on liquids? How is that?
