Hi! I went to a support group at St. Alexius last night. I was so glad that I went! It was a small group and really provided me with some insight.

I'm still stuck with the same number on the scale, and I am getting very frustrated. I guess I just keep plugging away. 3 more weeks until my first fill....it seems like it will never get here!
