Hey Michelle, Things are going good, I had a little stint there around labor day which wasnt good, I am still around the 300 pound mark and have not really gone either way. Dont worry about the rambling I love getting messages from you and Kat. keeps me in check, and I like to see how my fellow bandsters are doing. I am on Facebook, just look me up Gary Williams. I get my second fill on the 30th and I really think it will be my sweet spot. I am pretty excited about it. I also realize I need to eat my food a little differently, Every once and awhile I still think I can only have mushie food, so Idont eat the right type of foods all the time. That is one of my biggest problems.

Hey Kat, Thanks for the upbeat message I t really does help out. I am still hovering around the 300 pound range, but I am still ahving what I want too. Restriction is really not that great at the moment. I go in on the 30th to get my second fill which I think will be my sweet spot. I do try and go to the gym and work out but it is hard to juggle everything. So I at least try to do some walking. I am refocused and I will definatly keep you updated.

Thanks for the comment about the tattoo picture, Yes that was my reason for picking that one. I think it is a little busy, but I really do want to get it. I will have the artist kind of have their on free will on it. Thanks again

Hey Kat,
Just want to do some venting I am so pissed at myself right now. Had such a horrible weekend. I ate way to much, kept drinking while I was eating. Went to taco bell this afternoon for lunch, ate a freaking huge burrito, and a soft taco. why do I do this crap to myself. I was doing great. I know its not a big amount of food, but my choices are just not the best. Anyway, going to refocus tonight, LOTS OF WALKING
Cant wait for that next fil

Hello Shawn, Thanks for the comments. I know you will do great once you are banded, It was just the tool I needed to keep my in check. Trust me I still have my bad days, but I keep them in check. I feel better than I have in a really long time ,and can not wait to get to my goal weight, which I am getting closer to every day. Keep my updated with you progress, and GOOD LUCK
