I have to wait till Nov 9th for my first fill. My doctor wont do a fill until 6wks after surgery and I will be out of town until the 9th. soooooo, I am just trying to hold onto the weight I have lost until then. I think you are doing great! Sometimes it's difficult to see our own successes.. hang in there!
