Hi! The hardest part for me is staying motivated and not letting myself get hungry. If I get hungry then I go for the quickest thing. But trying to stay full and telling myself that I have gone through all of this time and money so I should not let myself down is the only thing keeping me on track. I was banded 12/18. I started the pre-op diet on 12/5. So far I have lost about 18 lbs. That is still slow for me. I need to start my exercise then hopefully I will lose more.
