hey, thank you for your sweet comment! we are just about a year apart.. my surgery was january 3rd, 2008, so i'm just over a year out. my highest weight was 280, my banding weight was i think around 245, and my current weight is 170, with another 20-25 pounds to lose. it's been a long journey and has required a lot of patience, but i'm totally thrilled with my choice and have really enjoyed the ride! congratulations on your surgery and keep us posted -- you're doing great!
