Thank you, never realized the importance of keeping up vitamins but now know that calcium along with others are very important and part of the responsibility accepted when you decided on lapband. -
Hello all, I had the lapband 9/15/08 and have lost 30 lbs, still a few till my goal. I am over 50 and have a question for those gals over 50: Have you experienced hot flashes due to your weight loss? Or is this a menopause thing?? Mixed up.. thanks:smile:
