Hi,

I had started blended soups and watered down items and I just found out I wasn't supposed to, so I'm back on liquid protein and broth soups only until Monday, then I can officially start mushies. Not sure how long on mushies, but I'll call the Dr. to find out for sure. My first fill is 5 weeks post op. I felt wonderful today almost my normal self no pulling on my incision site. Can't wait until I can sleep on my stomach again. My stomach is itchy too. Lap Band life is good
