Remember, that you should average about a 10 lb weight loss per month. That is the average! It will speed up once you start to feel restriction! Be patient and know that you are on the right track. I'm glad to hear you are wearing old clothes.
I use the LoseIt app to track what I am eating and my calories. Wow! Day of fill, I only ate 500 calories. Day after fill, I only ate 900 calories after I tried really hard. Day 3 of fill, I only ate 1000 calories. Needless to say, I have lost 6 lbs since Monday due to the restriction and workouts.
